SUPPORTING BEYONCÉ’S SEVENTH ALBUM, RENAISSANCE, THIS TOUR MARKED HER FIRST SOLO VENTURE SINCE THE 2016 FORMATION WORLD TOUR.

THE STAGE DESIGN FEATURED A UNIQUE DUAL-STAGE CONNECTED BY A RAMP AND WAS A COLLABORATION BETWEEN PARKWOOD, ES DEVLIN STUDIO, AND STUFISH ENTERTAINMENT ARCHITECTS, WITH TOBIAS RYLANDER AS LIGHTING DESIGNER. FREDERIK HEYMAN, VIDEO CONTENT DESIGN DIRECTOR, ALSO HELPED SHAPE THE TOUR’S VISUALS, WHICH INCLUDED ELEMENTS LIKE METALLIC TANKS, SCULPTURES, MANNEQUIN-HORSES, ROBOTIC ARMS, AND PYROTECHNICS.

THE TOUR WAS PRAISED FOR ITS INNOVATIVE, PROGRESSIVE, LGBTQ+-EMBRACING, AND AFROFUTURIST APPROACH. NEIL MCCORMICK OF THE TELEGRAPH HIGHLIGHTED THE SUCCESSFUL BLEND OF TECHNOLOGY AND PERFORMANCE, DESCRIBING THE TOUR AS A FUTURISTIC STADIUM-SCALE SUPERCLUB.
